LG will display the type OLED screen HDTVs at CES 2012 Las Vegas. OLED panels are the largest OLED screen made. The size is 55 inch and marketed in mid-2012.
LG said the White OLED technology uses (WOLED) so that the image is cleaner than a Samsung, OLED technology is able to make a thinner screens than LCD technology. Screen size only has a thickness of 5mm, as shown below with a comparison of the thickness of a pen. OLED materials has advantages lighter and lower power consumption than LCD.
